Classified Script Modifications

I am going to purchase oxyclassfied script or ikiclassifieds, however I do need a programmer to modify some features... I love the scripts, the features, so I just want to Modify or tweak it!

I have not decided which one to use yet, so I want to collaborate with the programmer which would be best to modify

Very Simple modifications required!

You are not making a classifieds site, just working with the script I give you so do not bid over the limit (budget 250 maximum!!)

1) I want to add a bump this feature to the script

2) I want to be able to send a reminder via email automatically to posters to get more exposure by making post featured or highlighted (only to posters who have posted regular postings)

3) I want to integrate a new payment option not listed in default of oxyclassifieds or ikiclassifieds (CCBILL or ZOMBAIO or EPOCH)

4) Integrate my design (I will give design in PSD) and want it to be skinned throughout the whole script

5)Set up Tax Options for different locations (only needed for Canada and provinces in Canada all )

6)I want it to function like [url removed, login to view] so certain functionality elements have to be moved around, but the scripts already have all the features I need

I ALSO NEED (extra programming) (will pay extra) (budget for bot is 300 MAX!! (I have seen this type of project on other sites))

I need a bot to scrape / crawl ads from 3 sites in approx 6 or 7 categories. [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] And 1 or 2 other sites to be determined.

2. Then post the ads on my classifieds script

[url removed, login to view] bot should not post ads that do not have phone numbers or email addresses. The bot should should post ads in appropriate location & category

The bot should post most recent ads. The bot should post pictures along with ads.

The bot should not repeat ads with same number or email.

The bot should be easy to use & make sense.

The bot should should be able to crawl & post on a schedule,

The bot should be able to pick locations by selecting or deselecting a check box for location & category & how man ads total to be crawled & posted before stopping.

Project is easy for someone that has the skills, expertise & knowledge, if you don't project will be hard.
