Hello, I need somebody to configure elastix with a vtiger for medium sized call center. Elastix 2.5.0 Elastix call center module Vtiger or Suite crm solution Basically i want basic integration between the call center module from elastix and the one of the two crm that come with the distribution: 1. how successful calls are transferred automatically into the crm as leads. 2. how can the operator call directly from the crm If this integration is default i need help to configure it, if not you need to create it.
