Additional work, Fix some functions.

Hello, I'm looking for a professional programer that understands the CryptoCurrencies & E-Currencies system (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Perfect Money, EgoPay, WebMoney, OkPay) , I own a Exchange Website I need to make some changes and do some additional jobs. 1. Exchange rate is not working fine and it need to be fixed. Actually i have Exchange Rate function, but for Bitcoin it only calculate -5% of real live price when client Sell Bitcoin to us, and not function +5% when we sell Bitcoin to client. 2. Exchange rate must be changed and show on different way from what's showing now 3. I need to add Bank Transfer Fee, Western Union Fee & Money Gram Fee on order When client Buy or Sell E-Currency by Bank Transfer, Western Union, Money Gram 4. I need to add option on sell and buy "By Cash at Agent" for all e-currencies. 5. I need to add Time/Date on admin panel/and user side on few sections, In order list section, in news section, in Live Chat, in Ticket Support, Testimonials Section, and few more. 6. We will check for more errors problems and we will fix in future, You will be my maintenance, so every time as when i found any error problems , you will work. We will have long time partnership. Please make sure you understand our Infrastructure, Business type before Bidding my project. I have no time to waste. PS: The first 3 Problems have to be fixed asap immediately, because i'm loosing if i accept orders. Exchange Rate gives more than whats required so I loose.
