Adding pagination to WebMatrix/Razor ASP.NET

I am using WebMatrix/Razor ASP.NET with the "Gallery Template" that is available in WebMatrix. It's a photo gallery where users can add their photos. Everything is done except the pagination for the users' photo. I don't want to display them all on 1 page, I would rather have 5 on each page with links to navigate between them I wrote the code but apparently it's not working, it's getting the total number of photos in the table instead of the total number of photos according to each users. Please have a look at the attached code, you'll find everything you need there. This is a fairly simple and straight forward job. Just tell me how to fix this.
