For existing webshop we need an extra category before check-out.
Upon completing the order the customer should be informed whether the minimum order was met. If not, an extra charge for delivery should be added to the invoice based on the district.
It's a micro project, but need to be completed asap. Any Hungarian speaking Freelancer out there?

Requirement is clear but I need to know if minimum order qty is being stored against which we need to track, if this applies to individual products or total qty of all products ordered? Also is district to be delivered in already being captured? Does district based delivery charge already exist in the database?

I have implemented shipping and delivery methods in many ecommerce sites i have developed
so this is something i do very often
for example one of my site thesmartbuy has this cutoff point for free delivery
you have a list of district with charges in database right ? and if a certain amount is ont met in order then the delivery charge would add up to total cost.
Just want to know if the system is in core php or wordpress woo-commerce ?
For core php i can do it in matter of few hours.

I can complete this project for you. I understand it will involve changes to your application's PHP code to
- Test whether the user's order meets a minimum-value threshold (which I will make easily configurable), and
- Adding an extra delivery charge if the order total is below the minimum value.
Depending on what you have in mind I understand there may also be small changes to the HTML page layout required.
