hola freelancers, necesito realizar una api para envíos de SMS masivos, busco mismas funcionalidades técnicas y de diseño gráfico (estética del sitio) de [login to view URL], ahí pueden crear una cuenta y ver de que se trata mas en detalle. en resumen una api que tenga la opción de administrar cuentas de clientes, desde un panel principal (administrador) y crear sub cuentas de clientes, y administrar sus envíos de SMS, la habilitación de cerditos, crear reportes de envíos dinámicos, administrar bases de datos para envíos programados etc. por eso sugiero que creen una cuenta de reseller para que vean por dentro como funciona.

Hello. Your quality parameters will be applied to the project. Would be great to discuss them in advance in order to agree on how will we include them. I have coordinated software deployment on premise and on cloud computing environments, specially targeting Linux distributions like Suse, Fedora, RHEL and Ubuntu. Also on Windows, but that is quite uncommon. I am not proficient on PHP but I am on Java. With that language, the base framework could be Spring, through which we could integrate with Freemarker in order to generate the views, JaxB to manipulate XML, and MyBatis or Hibernate to handle persistence.
