Creloaded skin install and customisation !

Hi we have a website [login to view URL] we would like this completely rekinned. If you are going to take down the site let us know before hadn as we would like to take some bits from it for SEO. The site has devloped a bug recently which means it doesnt load the side links. We would like to keep the content if possible and back end and hopefully just be able to change the skin as the site scores highly in search engine rankings. I have some templates from [login to view URL] i can forward too you. All files are included inc PSD files. You will need to change sites logo banners, colours the whole thing as it is looking very dated these days. The old site runs visitor stats mod, SEO mod, and Script for google site statistics and Picture size mod with abilty to add more than one pic per product. I would like these included in the new site. Also i would like a RSS link that i can point to ebay items. Similar to this [login to view URL] If you would like to use virtuamart or something also let us know, we own skin [login to view URL] and this could be reskinned as it has alot of good features already. However we would prefer Creloaded or compalitable cart. You will also need to produce cusmtomised PSD files, either from the Monster template templates or from your own for the site. Also this site has the URL mod installed however it is currently not working as the .httpconfig file must be modded too allow the modrewrite permission and you will have to do this.
