Coin Database/Site Creation

I am hiring for a PHP/MySQL driven portion of my site. I want a Db that a user can search and add new challenge coins to the Db. The index page for this section should include: 1. A full functioning navigation to the rest of the site. 2. Simple few buttons so they can get around. 3. Reflect the same color scheme as the rest of the site. 4. Search Field. 5. My Site Logo. The Db should be able to: 1. Contain all entries of coins. 2. Search wildcards. 3. Have a spot for users to add: - Coin Name - Coin Mint Date/Year - User Uploading - Picture (3 Max) - Description Field - Special Features Field - How Many in the World Minted - Rating 1-10 - Comments (SPAM filtered) Thats it. Should be straight forward and easy. Something minor details may change during the job to ensure the best product. This should be an easy job to knock out. Best Bid wins....
