CCBill / PHP Inegration for Credit Based Chat Site

We have a live pay per minute adult site that is a credit based system. A problem we're facing is that when our customers go to make a payment through CCBill, once the transaction is complete and approved, the credits in the system stay at 0.

(Ex: If I were to purchase $20.00 worth of credits, I should have 20 credits in my account once the transaction was complete. However, after my purchase is made and I've paid the $20.00, the credits remain at 0.)

We need the credits in the software to be linked to the CCBill transaction page. We were told this is a simple PHP script error.
