I need someone experienced to design a complete solution to do bulk faxing using my fax machine or some gateway. I need the least expensive solution, may be using some open source gateway applications. The fax numbers database I will be using is in excel. Since this broadcast will be unsolicited, I need to offer recipient the option to unsubscribe their fax number by calling an auto responder phone number and update the database automatically. I want to see the reports of successful and unsuccessful transmission and update the database automatically.
You can also suggest a database like OUTLOOK or develop an application if you need [url removed, login to view] remember the keyword is "least expensive".
Please do not bid if you haven't done this before.
I will deposit 50% in escrow and will release upon delivery and will deposit balance of 50% in escrow and will released after testing and fixing the bugs.
