Aweber Autoresponder setup & General IM skills needed

Need a provider to set up some PLR programs on autoPilot. I have various PLR products including graphic, PSd, Articles, autoresponders text etc.. I will provide the domain and hosting info as well as the info for each Product and I need someone to - Setup the PLR product on the Hosting site domain or [login to view URL] - Integrate the Aweber and Paypal code where needed - Setup the blog when required using the Existing Content. - Setup the squeeze pages to capture the user info etc.. - Setup mutiple scheduled Aweber autoresponder for the product - Will sometimes need to fillout some elements of the site with verbiage like Testimonials if it's not provided in the PLR material. - Need ability to modify some of the text content when needed. So English writing a must. Provider Needs to be have good Web design & CSS skills in case touch ups are needed and for general sense of style, Aweber & Autoresponder setup, Internet Marketing in general, General Ecommerce. I will have many products to setup the same way so it will be an ongoing thing. Need prompt and well done job. Please send some of your Design/Ecommerce sites you made as well as a average quote to setup each PLR product. + hourly cost if it's more cost effective. Again all designs, material, content will be provided, need flawless integration & setup. Thanks
