Article Website

For my next project I want to start a website like [login to view URL] (dutch website (for English version use google translate)) . I want you to make a script so that the only thing I have to do is approve all articles that are uploaded to the site. The only thing that will be different from [login to view URL] and my project is that I want to have the choice in how I reward the people for submitting articles, those two options are: pay per article ( for example 1eur for a good one, 2 euro for a very good one, … ) or share googleads revenue . You can make the site in English but it must be easy for me to translate it all. You can make a simple nice design and logo. ( The site will run on the domain [login to view URL] ) . What also is important to me is that the adsense is in a good position. The site must also be seo friendly (article title must be title of the page ….). As admin I should be able to change every thing I want. More questions will be answered.
