Action figure site with OSCommerce needs help with PayPal and [login to view URL]

Hello Everyone,

Our action figure website, using OScommerce cart, that has been up and running and taking orders for almost three months without issue, suddenly stopped working.

Specifically the PayPal and [url removed, login to view] payment modules stopped working. We noticed the PayPal one first and then [url removed, login to view] a couple of days later.

It seems that the opening form tag needed to post the information to the PayPal and [url removed, login to view] URLs is gone. It is in the PHP code, but is not displaying on the page.

We have so many PayPal orders in our shopping cart, processed on the OScommerce side, but not submitted to PayPal for payment. Right now we have no way to finalize these orders.

What we need is a quick resolution to this from someone who knows and understands PHP, PayPal and [url removed, login to view] modules on an OScommerce cart. We would like it done as quickly as possible for a reasonable price.

I am the original programmer of the site, but PHP is not my best programming language. I had someone helping me on this, but it has been over two weeks now that these payment modules have not been working and it needs to get done. You can take a look at the site at [url removed, login to view]
