Chrome extension plugin for links validation

I am looking for an experienced JavaScript/jQuery/Chrome plugin developer to develop the following project:

The Link Validator Chrome Plugin should open a popup window and show the following information about the page that is currently shown in the current tab of the Chrome browser:

1. Internal links

2. External links

3. Follow vs. no-follow links

4. Hidden links (i.e. the links that are placed using JavaScript as opposed to the plain "a href" tag

5. Broken links

This is just a beginnig of a large project - if you complete it with high quality and on time we'll continue adding more functionality to it.
