Changes and function added to my MlM Matrix script

I am needing some changes and function added to my Matrix script

It would be a big help knowing what a matrix mlm system is and how it should work.

1) I want the banner advertising system added to this script

Here is a script that is running the banner system I want added. I have had the same banner system added to a few scripts and it seems to work well.

The front end where the client signup and pays for the advertising

Once the banner is approved an email is sent with the clients login to track the advertising.

I would need the Approved Banners and Pending Banners added to the admin of the matrix script so the advertising system all works right

2) I want the system to automatically upgrade the members when they buy in. (ipn systems for auto upgrading)

3) In the members I would like the members to be able to see referrals
