Create an administration site for a big website

Hi. I need an administration site for all pages of those site (all done in plain HTML). See features as inserting Flash content, images that can be maximized (opened up in full view): www[dot]vinplaisirsetsante[dot]com I will also want to add a SEARCH tool that will update itself as new content is inserted in. Dynamic content added need to be accessed by SEO (not sure, but automatic creation of keywords, tile and description if at all possible). All new content submitted are usually articles. I would like to have options when an articles is submitted to archive the content. (Say in archives by letter or category, you click the category and letters related to this article). Different sections of this site (as wine and health) have different way to archive the items. Propose an ingenuous way to make this work, am open to better and new idead. PM for questions.
