I have a PHP Wrapper for a courier api gateway. We need this PHP wrapper to be converted into Ruby on Rails code. The small PHP file and will be supplied to the winning bidder. The file contains 1 main classe and about five functions in each class that execute web service calls via CURL. It is fairly simple code - compile the request, send it through CURL and then flow the response back to the calling function. There is also an exception class that allows exception reporting. The PHP code is written clearly and documented through comments. Budget ... Around $60
