Custom Drupal Module for emanuelO

I have a few outstanding tasks on a drupal website.

i need a qualified programer who is good at problem solving.

the tasks include:

drupal commerce - fix a module so that an anon user can register using only email or FBOauth during checkout and RETURN to checkout

drupal commerce - set up rules to mark a product as shippable/non-shippable and SKIP shipping address page is non-shippable

Userpoints - correct the amount of points that is being deducted when userpoints are used as a payment provider

timezone issue - i have some nodes that become visible at a specific time - these need to show SIMULTANEOUSLY based on a time in a date field

I need a programmer that has read my tasks in detail and understands the job fully.
