create a software to get the advertisement costs for Google, MSN and Yahoo for given keywords

Hi I am looking for a coder to develop? either a desktop based or server based software which can get the? cost of pay per click advertisement cost and some other related details from search engines like yahoo, msn and Google for the given keywords. Also this software should be based on points system so that when a user is trying to query the PPC cost, it uses the points from users account. If the user does not have sufficient points, it returns an error and tells the user how many points user have, how many more required. Software should have a BUY POINTS option, which it constantly checks before returning the results. The software should also show how many ads are there for any particular keyword. ## Deliverables If there is anything missing in my project description, please email me.
