Data Collection and Posting onto PHPBB

1.) I currently run an aviation website and I want to collect data that is posted on another site and post it onto mine. Basically, the other site, [login to view URL], allows you to search for flight information via basic parameters and then shows the information. I want to automatically capture that data and have it posted automatically to my website ([login to view URL]), but only three or four bits of the data - aircraft registration number, airport, flight number. I can give examples of another site that does this currently. This data would be put on an internal page/menu section that the coder will create. I have a few other pages like this to use as an example. My site is running phpbb3. 2.) Also, the second task is to update my site from phpbb 3.0.5 to 3.0.6. That should be a very simple task, but I always make a mess of it.
