I am looking for someone who is really good with wordpress and php to take the twenty ten templet and create a custom template seo friendly for me. I need all source files in the deliverable.

What you are seeing is just an image I created in fireworks. Here is what I am looking for:
1- logo is clickable to home page
2- Coupon is clickable to coupon page with a big coupon to clip. Make it look like just like coupon should look like.
3- Banner header nice smooth animation slide (2photos. No flash file please)
4- Contact form with gravity form widget plugin (We provide the gravity form plugin)
5- Home page, internal page and blog page
6- Direction page with google maps and location for them to get directions
7- Searchable Php directory script integrated for "Area Business Directory Link" (will provide a link to scrape existing the categories)
8- Photo album with jquery for "Photos" page
9- Contact us page with gravity form
Install all essential plugins to make the site fully seo ready and functional. I also need light code for fast loading.
