Create Bot to Auto Submit Files in Webform

I need to create an auto submitter that will auto submit information to [url removed, login to view] In order to see the form, you must sign up an account on the login screen. Once you sign up an account, you can see the submit form. I just need a simple script that will take information and then auto submit it to this form. Assume that I will always be logged in when submitting the form.

I don't know if an auto submit is possible because there are NOT form tags around the submit form. Please research this BEFORE bidding!
