Coding a Word Press Blog using HTML Pages

Background:

I am using Word Press software to develop a website for a client. I don't want to use the Word Press templates, so my designer has designed the graphics for the website.

We are using Word Press so the client can easily make changes to their website without needing to call me every time a change is necessary.

My designer has created graphics for the website and the Word Press blog has been installed on the domain.

Job:

We need a programmer to code the website so the graphics that have been designed are incorporated into the site and the client can easily make changes to their site after we deliver it.

Time:

This job needs to be completed immediately.

I have included the graphic files we have created.
