City Guide Joomla Website from AI Files

This is a tourism website for a city. The website will list resources for local activities, restaurants, lodging, guides, maps etc. Local business owners can login to update their own information. Website also includes a section for Real Estate where homeowners can list their properties. All real estate, local activities, restaurants, businesses, lodging, etc are searchable and viewable on an interactive map. Other features include a blog and a photo gallery. The entire site is designed - it just needs to be coded/implemented. All design files are designed using Adobe Illustrator CS5. Home page with drop down from horizontal menu bar, with categories: ? Activities: lists local activities, with subcategories/pages for each activity (shopping, movies, kayaking, nightlife, etc) . ? Restaurants ? Lodging: Rental properties are listed and searchable by category, dates of availability, # of bedrooms, neighborhoods, etc. Can have "sponsored listings" that show up first. Each property has a "reservation request form" that is emailed to property owner. ? Surf: information about surfboard rentals, surfing lessons, surf shops, repairs, etc. Subpages for each category, and individual businesses. ? Travel Guide/General Info: travel tips, photos, history, weather, currency and exchange rates, ? Map: Users can select what to display on the map. They can display lodging, restaurants, surfing, etc ? News ? Nearby: info about neighboring cities, and attractions ? Blog ? Comprehensive hacking defenses: Website should be sure from hackers. ? CAPTCHA support on all forms. ? Advertising on site is all manageable by the administrator. Detailed advertisement tracking is required. Advertising data (income, impressions, clickthroughs, etc) should be all stored, and should be exportable to accounting software. ? Advertisers can sign up on the site as an advertiser. After filling out a signup for, they are directed to a paypal link to pay for their ads.
