Need navigation added and changes done on [url removed, login to view]
On page [url removed, login to view] which is the opening page for ?€œThe Practice?€ I have re-written how I want it presented.? I have enclosed the Word file entitled ?€œWeb page 4.1.0-The [url removed, login to view] which I would like to replace the current page.
Next, under the Subtitle:? Surgical Techniques;? ? I want four sub-subtitles as follows:
Total Hip Replacement? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Web page 4.2.1 (attached)

Each of these sub-subtitles will hyperlink to the Web pages to be added from these
attachments.
After this is done, the subtitle ?€œSurgical Techniques?€? when hit should only light up the four alternative sub-subtitles:? ie.? Total Hip Replacement, Total Knee Replacement, Uni Knee Replacement, Total Shoulder Replacement.? The page:? [url removed, login to view] shoulder no longer exist as I have dismantled this page into selective parts to create the four sub-subtitles.
In addition, I want the same titles (ie. Total Hip Replacement, Total Knee Replacement, etc) that appear on the initial page (The Practice: to be re-done via the attachment) which I have highlighted in the blue hyperlink color and underlined to link to these attached pages as well.
On each of the Web page attachments for Total Hip, Total Knee, etc---I have several hyperlinks to various online web pages which should still work.
