Cash Buyers

I want software that will search county records and display persons who have purchased real estate with **cash only** in Excel spreadsheet format. I want the display to include the name of the purchaser; the address,city,state and zip of the purchaser; the address, city, state and zip? of the property they purchased; the date of the purchase, and the amount of the purchase. The software should also be capable of displaying this data within a date range, i.e Jan.1 - March 30. The software should be able to perform this search anywhere in the continental United States. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
