Campaign Monitor Integrated Email List Update Application

This project can be done in either Joomla 1.5, WordPress 3 or even custom PHP. We are going to be sending out an email from [login to view URL] to our clients asking them to update the info we have on file in our system. We need you to help us build a prepopulated update info form that includes a sweepstakes/giveaway, validate all user entered info, scrub all inputs for security, store any changes by updating their existing db record, send a confirmation email to the entered email address and enter the user into the drawing after they click a link contained in the confirmation email. The sticky part is that we have 5 divisions and the system must be smart enough to brand the update form and confirmation emai for each division (this can be done with url variables if needed or by using 5 instances of the same site provided they all share the same client info database.) Here is a walk through the process: - We will provide a website with the full list of clients to be verified, each client will be flagged as belonging to one of the 5 divisions - You must setup 5 campaign monitor (CM) campaigns (one for each division) that will link to the appropriately branded update form - Clicking the link in the CM email will take them to a division branded update form that is pre-populated with their particular information - The user updates or accepts the information on that page - You must validate all inputs (regex) to ensure data entered is correct type and remove any nefarious code (sql injections, buffer overlow attempts, binary attacks, etc). we would prefer client AND server side verification. - After info is verified their db record is updated and flagged as having been submitted (boolean, recorded ip address and date/time stamp) -Your system should then send out a division branded email to the updated email address with a confirmation link - clicking the confirmation link should take the user to a division branded landing page thanking them for confirming thier email address and entering them in a sweepstakes/drawing (they must only be entered in the drawing once! multiple entries per IP must be flagged so we can review records manually) We need this project completed ASAP and are open to suggestions on how the system can be improved!
