CMS for a 10 page website

Hi, I am developing a website for that i need a CMS. I want that the CMS to be extremely simple to use. The winner of this bid must provide: 1. A customize CMS (the CMS will be made after a design, very simple design, so you need to integrate the functions of this to the CMS design provided by me, if this cannot be done please say in your bids.) 2. The coder will receive PSD files for the design and will be responsible for making it into HTML, CSS and integrate it with the CMS. 3. I am need for demo CMS, functionally CMS if you can, online, just to see how it works. Please put you prices very low, regarding that this will be the start of a great collaboration if you complete your tasks. For discussion future details please put a price and a sample. I do not have any pretension of rankings, location of the coder, I want just a man or a team that want to work. Best regards, Christian Stirbu ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform It must run on all major browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozila, Netscape, Opera). This will be a final criteria.
