Automatic picture site updater

We have a network of websites that we run on a Windows server. They are picture websites that updates every Monday (kind of like a blog). Each site updates once a week with a new picture set. Every week we add new photos and html to each site, so we need an automatic custom script to update the sites for us. We need one box where we can dump in the html for that week, which will then be posted onto the website on the date we specify. There are 11 different websites, which are spread over 2 servers. But we want an admin system where we can login to 1 (very secure page) and prepare all of the future updates for all of the sites. Some sites we have the html prepared far in advance so this system will allow us to upload multiple weeks of updates then the site will automatically handle them. ## Deliverables We have a network of websites that we run on a Windows server. Some sites we have the html prepared far in advance so this system will allow us to upload multiple weeks of updates then the site will automatically handle them. There will be 12 posts (updates) per page (1 new post per week). When the 13th post is added, it will create a new page and move all the updates down one position (newest updates are always on top), and put the 13th update onto the next page. It will also create a ?€œnext?€ and ?€œprevious?€ button as well as page numbers on the bottom of all of the pages. So as new pages are created, it will add the new page number to the bottom of the page. (This will be so people can easily navigate through the many pages) We need to be able to preview what the update will look like before its made live. Also need a way to edit old and future updates. This is important. There should be a very easy to navigate admin system where we can click on one of our sites and view all of the old/future updates so if anything needs to be changed it will be easy to do so. When we login to the admin page, I?€™d like to see how many future updates are ready for each site. So we can see how far head we are with future updates for the sites. It should say you have 5 updates for site A, etc. Also we would like a way where we can leave notes for each specific update, just so we can leave ourself a message in our admin system to know what picture sets we are using. This is important just so we can keep track of what picture set we are using for that weeks update. So if we see 5 updates for site A and we click on that we will see the names of the future sets we entered in our notes. (this is juts so we can keep track) The page names are currently named: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc?€?the extensions of the pages MUST remain as .html (the way they currently are named, they can not be changed they have to remain .html) On each site the program will have to make a change in the html once a week on Fridays. 2 things need to be changed. The first change will be the date. On Friday we will need to change the date from Mondays date to Fridays date in the next of our html. Also when the sites are updated on Monday, one of the photos we use has Mondays date on it. We want to change the date on the photo when Friday comes around so that the picture has Fridays date on it. We will prepare both of the photo variations (one photo will have Mondays date, and one photo will have Fridays date), the script would then need to do a find an replace. So Mondays photo will be named [login to view URL], and Fridays picture will be named movieboxb1.jpg. The script will need to change the [login to view URL] to [login to view URL], and change the text date on the update from Mondays date to Fridays date. We need someone very experienced with Windows programming. That speaks/types fluent English and can work fast to get this done. We need to see samples of your programming you have done in the past. We want one person who will work on our project from start to finish and be available on ICQ or Instant Messenger so we can communicate during this project. (We have more work available after this job is completed successfully, so if you are interested this could be a long business relationship) This system you create needs to be very secure. Our servers and sites are currently live so the best thing we would like to see is this setup and tested on your server so we can test things out before they go live on our servers. That way we will not experience any downtime with our servers or any problems with our live sites.
