We need the local application that will regulary check the content of the web-edition of Croatian news ([url removed, login to view]) and automaticaly comment the articles by matching key words from the database with the words in the article. (Each article has its comments uniquely identified by one number, eg <[url removed, login to view]>)
The idea is to have control over the posted comments and comment's rating (similar to digg) from the application. The application should seek for the keywords and posts from database (MS Access), the counters (max. number of the same posts and delay time), and the credentials (usernames, passwords and proxys) used to post the comments or the rating. Rating system is quite simple - when cookies are deleted can rate again and do not even need to be logged in.
After this software is developed, we plan to order an update for few more sites controled by the same application and related to the same database.
