An Asterisk server setup is required to read a text file and a telephone number from a database. The text file is then to be converted to speech, the telephone number called (using VOIP) and the message played to the receiver of the call.
In order to load the database with telephone numbers and text, a single web page input screen will be required. This web page will be exposed to the internet and will be password protected to start with.
