Android app- status change functionality only

We need an Android app with the following functionality: With a tap, user can change his/her status (Available or Unavailable) for our webapp. Requirements: User taps the icon -> App runs a query (corresponding to the stored phone number) and grabs the present status of the user -> displays user the present status, and show two buttons 'Change the status to...' or 'Cancel' -> if a user presses 'Change the status to…' then make a status update. Requirements for the first time usage after installation: Show user a login screen -> after user is logged in, a query will get the phone number from user's profile and show the user to confirm -> if user confirms then save that number in the app or if user changes number, then updates the number on user's profile and then save the new number in the app. In future we will add more functionality to this application but for now we want to keep it very simple.
