Database to Run PHOTO Contest

Hi Coders, I need a database/script to run a photo contest. Since I need this in a real hurry ... I would prefer an Out of the BOX solution. If you look at the following link ... it contains almost all of the elements I need. 1) Visitors will come to the site, register and upload their photo. 2) The photos for each week will be displayed as thumbprints with the photographers name. 3) Viewers can click on the thumbprint to view the larger photo that also contains a bit more information about the photo. 4) Winners photos can be tagged with a symbol to indicate a winning entry. There is a "mini-contest" weekly ... and an overall contest from all entries. The system must be able to keep track of entries by the week. Here is my "model" and dream script ... <[login to view URL]> I would prefer an out of the box solution that can be tweeked to take care of the details. If you have or know of a script ... how much to purchase the script? And how much to install it? AND how long would this all take? If you don't have an out of the box solution and want to bid on building one ... go for it. I'd need to know how much and how long it would take.
