Create a new photo-stock website

Hello guys: I need you to create my new website, it is a photo stock website based on this page design: [login to view URL], go inside and take a look of this model of website because this is exactly what I need. This new page has a secundary menu in the left side, and a main menu as a header which links you to the site. In the main page I need exactly what you see, the only thing that I don´t need is anything about Video. Forget about it, only Images and Vectors. I will provide the design of the buttons (only a plain image in Photoshop) and the thumbnails-buttons with images to link to the page. Don´t worry about the design of the pages, I will provide you the design with images and texts that I need. I need you to build the website, the programming of the page, I need every link working, the PHP databases working, the login and forget password database working, the suscribers site working...I need the page to be programed by you. As a deadline I have been thinking about 2 months to get the final job. I need all the files uploaded in my server and working. I need you to improve the payment platform only with Paypal, with captcha and verisign included. The concept that I have is that this page works to buy and sell photography and vectors, so, it should be very easy to upload your images and very easy to buy them. Every new user will have for free 100mb of disk space in the server, if they want more space they should pay for it. Every image uploaded by the photographers should go directly to their own space that was created at the beggining when they suscribed as a user, this images should be auto scaled for the gallery and print a little water mark over them, every singe image will have the same aspect ratio and size.
