Add wallpapers to my admin panel or db and light coding (data entry)

I have a site running the free easysitenetwork script and I require thousands of wallpapers to be added to the db. This can be done manually as seen in the admin tool located here: <[login to view URL]> or if you can build me or implement a script to bulk add, even better (I know that many do exist) You can find the wallpapers from thousands of websites out there. There are literally millions of different wallpapers you can add. I want approximately 9,000 wallpapers added to the DB for under $50. First good bid will be accepted. Wallpapers must be high quality and high resolution (1024x768) and must compromise of many sections from celebrities through to animals. Wallpapers must be without watermarks. I need you to install the script and skin the design (add the design from .psd we provide you with) I also require you to create a buffer page when someone clicks on an image which is "rude" or shows any nudity/body parts ... a page must appear where they must agree to an option saying "I am over 18 and can view these images" - if not, it will link them to another page. I must be able to add images on this buffer page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform my website
