Submission of a business sale meeting the parameters of each field will be automatically approved and uploaded online. Clients will be able to search via the homepage & via the results in the required input fields. - Ability to follow guidelines based on other similar websites required. -Static websites will be required to offer SEO effectiveness. We have already hired a SEO company to work on link building. -Some artwork required but a graphic designer has been hired who will pass on the required artwork that needs to be modified into website. Website development: A simple free website needs to be created to allow people to list businesses within Australia for Sale. To upload a new business listing a user must become a member of the website: 3 different types of memberships allowed: private user, business broker, or master franchisor. Depending on the type of membership the questions will be slightly different to sign up. Adding a new business listing will be the same for all users. Customer form to register as a website user, creating a user account which can then be edited in a “My Account” section. This will be for people wanting to upload a business for sale. General browsing users of the website will not be required to sign up. “My Account” Must show all business sale ads submitted by the logged in registered user with ability to edit each listing and change user information registration info. Users will also be able to delete and leave ads “offline” (not appear online) New “Business for Sale” submission page: Simple form where customer will be able to answer pre-defined questions, fill in information and upload photos.
