create a script that can help me log in, scrap and send email automatically - repost

Our current situation:

We have a joomla site and installed a module.- rapid quote. When customer send Rapid quote form, we will get a RFQ(email) at aaa # [url removed, login to view]

Subject: PN

Quantity: 1

Description: blower motor

We need a script:

[url removed, login to view] we got a RFQ, the script should automatically log in a parts search engine(a market palce like ebay, but do not have shopping cart)

[url removed, login to view] an email to all providers with pn, quantity, description, with email bbb # [url removed, login to view](gmail IMAP)

[url removed, login to view] log out(must log out immediately!)

4. If no provider, automatically send an email to customer by using aaa # [url removed, login to view] saying no quote(i will make a email template)

Note:

[url removed, login to view] more than one customers send RFQs simultaneously, it is in a query, avoid missing.

[url removed, login to view] subject of outgoing email, there is a reference number consisting of date and sequence number, for example: 130202-0001

3. Have a log file to record what happened?

[url removed, login to view] the same customer repeatedly send RFQ with the same pn within 1 hours, script will only execute the first;

5. send email in imap method.

If we add another website( to login, collect email addresses and send email), is it easy?
