complete DB script, find us a programmer

We will consider offering a full or part-time position to anyone who completes this project, and pay a bonus to anyone who finds us someone who completes this project and accepts a position from us: This project consists of three stages: 1.- understand the current script behavior using the data in old tables ([url removed, login to view]) 2.- Migrate the old data to the format in the new tables, current script can be used as base, migration script must be provided. 3.- Test new Script to use the new data in the new tables ([url removed, login to view] updated version to be provided before you make your bid) Please note that the DB is not included in the attached file.zip. The basic idea: -We have a DB with data from multiple service providers. Providers are stored in SectorRoot ID (SectorRoot table). For the rest of the description please unzip the attched [url removed, login to view] and see project_doc.txt. Upon project completion we'd be interested in talking about a position. IMPORTANT***Please provide us with: - work experience, - potential salary requirement. Necessary qualities: - minimum 3 years experience - detail oriented. - strong on documentation. - good at testing their work. - has tenacity and patience. - can work though problems. - can communicate effectively and ask questions when not sure or clear about a problem. - able to work significant part time or full time. - able to work in their own location. - has Broadband. - is highly motivated. - is available 1-2 times per week for on-line discussion during US EST time zone.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
