Five site customizations based on templates from [login to view URL]
Four of these sites will be personal web sites (e.g. 10996, 10050, 12252 and one of 12396, 12703, and 13565) These sites will be pretty trivial: Me, Who I am, ...) No change will be required to the structure or navigation . Minimal customization.
One of 11915, 11659, 11327, 11316, or 10451, will be for a small business: Conceptually, a typical user logs on to the site e.g. This is the generic Email Based login. If the login does not exist, the user is guided to a page where one can be created and verified by sending a verification email.
Once logged in, the user can perform a number of tasks, one of which is to Upload his work. The work is a single document and can be any of Microsoft office documents, scanned receipt images, or even Compressed Compound files (e.g. a group of files.) Prior to Uploading, the user is presented with the terms of agreement, and a tentative fee or a payment schedule, to which he has to agree to be able to upload his document.
The uploaded document triggers an email to a specific email address and a reference to where the uploaded document is located or how it can be accessed (e.g. I get the notification and in the body of the email, similar to RAC, there is a link that if I click on it, I will see the uploaded document. Similar to RAC, the document can be opened or downloaded or …).
The analyst, me, after inspecting the submitted document/s and assessing the work, finalizes a fee by replying to the email, which in turn becomes a nicely formatted message that is logged and sent to the user (e.g. the person who submitted the document).
The home page is a fancy flash screen, a few samples of which I will provide ??" I may even be able to provide the source for the flash.
The bid is for all 5 at the same time.
