Custom Plug-in for Movable Type

I need a social search plug-in created for Movable Type 3.3. This is similar to [login to view URL] but with the following requirements: - provides a search function that searches only the blog - tracks what search terms are entered and compiles statistics on what the most popular searches are; this should be configurable so we can show the top 5, 10, 20 or whatever number we'd like. - displays on the blog a list of the top searches that are hyperlinked so when they are clicked on, it runs the search on the fly for that term - also a feature that will list the most recently search upon terms regardless of how popular they are. - should include an option to display the search terms either in a tag cloud format with increasing font sizes depending on popularity or as a simple enumerated list, e.g, 1-10. - the admin interface for this plug-in should allow you to configure the display type (as described above), how many searches to show (e.g. top 3, 5, 10 or whatever), what search lists to show (e.g. most popular, most recent or both), and there should be some formatting options as well (not sure how this works within MT) - Lastly, this plug-in should be compliant with all MT plug-in standards and should be engineered to be as compatible as posssible with future versions of MT. In your response, please explain your experience with Movable Type, programming in Perl and your development plan for this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
