Convert powerpoint file to html file

Hi , I want the following task to be achieved on Linux platform in perl and C scripting : Convert powerpoint(.ppt) files to html(.html) files. Basically I need a perl module which does that. The powerpoint conversion should also incorporate for graphics and the positioning . No skipping of images or diagrams in ppt is permitted. If you can make images of each .ppt file and then display in .html file will also do for me . Before accepting the bid request I need the logic part from the bidders and their approach to this project on how they plan to get it done.
