ASP / SQL Search Feature

We are looking for help with improving our Advanced Search feature. Currently a user can use Advanced Search where an industry must be selected before an industry segment can be chosen. Other search criteria include: - Region / State / Province - Asking Price - Cash Flow - Revenue Search results are displayed on an ASP where the user can sort the results by location, asking price, revenue or cash flow. There is also a Keyword Search where the user can search by keyword or listing Id. Keyword search results are displayed on [login to view URL] where the user can sort the results by location, asking price, revenue or cash flow. The new Advanced Search Feature will allow users to select multiple Industry / Industry Segments and multiple locations as well as specify asking price, cash flow, revenue. Checkboxes will be added to allow the user to specify whether the search is for a X or Y business. Results will be displayed on a new results ASP page where the user will be able to further refine the search by specifying a keyword. All current features (sorting, session variables and links to other ASPs must be intact and working). To simplify coding, I will give you the code for the current search / result pages with javascript, SQL and ASP code. SQL stored procedures MUST be used. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) A signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be required before payment will be made. ## Platform ASP, MS SQL Server, Javascript, VB Script, HTML
