DB Query Analysis

I've put an installation of phpLD at [login to view URL] (more info about phpLD at www.phplinkdirectory.com. Our team at phpLD is busy with other tasks, so this is why I am asking here on RAC) It has many subcategories and links. The goal here is the following: 1. Provide a report of the db queries taking place for a few different pages. You should be able to report all the queries, as well as the time for execution. 2. Provide recommendations for ways we could alter the queries to increase load time. 3. Provide recommendations for cron or pseudo-crons we could run that would allow us to pre-run some queries. We are already using caching, so we are looking for some other methods that might allow us to reduced the amount or size of regular queries. I will provide FTP and cpanel access, and can turn on some logs if you need them.
