Customize Wordpress Theme to include Audio Player in Portfolio / about us

We would like our new website template "Galaxy (view here [login to view URL] ) adjusted backend and front end so when viewing the Portfolio pages the rollover item show a audio player allowing a audio file to be playes. This would be the same with "our team" on rollover of items a audio player will be shown alongside the description. We provide voice overs to businesses and want to showcase our voice talents available and also completed projects, without altering the theme style too much as we very much like the layout. This would need a field added into the backend and database for items so we can easily change the audio file location. Looking for someone advance who has history in wordpress theme design / customization. Require an estimated time from the winning employee
