Cron jobs, auto email system

Details for automatic email system 1. If models status has not changed from awaiting valid ID for 1 week after sign up date. System should sent 1 week reminder email for "Awaiting Valid ID" Then if still has not changed send each week for 4 weeks stop after 4 weeks. This will be Awaiting Valid ID email. We will need a way to edit and change all emails, and must accept html emails. 2. If models status is Pending Model Profile and status has not changed for 1 week from being set to that status, then send reminder emails each week until it changes status or stop emails after 4 weeks or if status changes. This will be Pending Model Profile email. 3. If model status is Active and has not been paid after 2 weeks from date of becoming Active status. Then Send Active reminder email. Send every week until they have been paid or stop after 6 weeks. If they have been paid never check this model again. I want a Easy way to edit all emails. I also want a email log with date email was sent and what email was sent and what model received it. This log I should be able to access anytime to see if we sent emails to that person. Make sure the unsubscribe link is at the bottom of all emails already, and if unsubscribed do not send any emails to that model. This system should start from when its implemented. So once the system is in place, then it should be 1 week before any email is ever sent, this is because we do not want it for sign ups older then the system. And cause confusion. Im sure you will need to set up cron jobs to make this work.
