Create XML using PHP and MySQL

I am looking for someone (company preferred) that can create following script: - a PHP upload script that automatically changes filename into example_01, example_02 if file already exists - PHP/Input form that sends data to SQL Server - PHP/Script that converts SQL data to .xml After all the script should be able to -create a folder with a specific filename -- folder should contain example_01, example_02... files -- folder should contain [login to view URL] -- folder should contain [login to view URL] -- folder should contain [login to view URL] (zero-byte-file) Optional: - an admin PHP page where I can add product with a specific filename which creates folder and add specific files and rename them to the filename of folder and adds _01, _02, _03 to it and with submit or create button automatically adds a .xml with necessary data This will be a long-term relationship. I am not willing to work with people I cannot communicate with. There will be an agreement involved and the coder of the script will receive a commission of the earnings which will happen on a quarterly basis. Expected: four to five figure salary There will not be any milestones but if the script does what it should do I will pay the freelancer budget which means that you will get an advance and afterwards the commission of the ongoing project.
