Bulk Whatsapp sending Website - repost

Need to develop script to enable us to send bulk Whatsapp messages

1- How many whatsapp msg can be sent every day

2- ability to include an Unsubscribe link to enable recipients to unsubscribe directly from the message, and to accurately record the Unsubscribe List.

3- Allow me to use contact list via csv or excel , text

4- can prevent Whatsapp from blocking the registered tel number after sending a few hundred message

5- message delivery can support English

6- Must verify which numbers of the targeted recipient list are whatsapp mobile numbers and make two lists, whatsapp able numbers and whatsapp not able numbers.

7- The application has to allow to send all the message category supported by whatsapp, i.e. text, images, videos, audio.

8- The application must avoid sender block due to mass broadcasting activity.

9- for the number , it can be hide and can type what to show ( like name or brand)

10- If do not have whatsapp, do not send sms. Every time must detect if a phone number has whatsapp, if yes, send whatsapp again.

11- Implementation ideas on how to avoid mobile number blocks

12- Once the bulk messages have been sent out, it has to report the status of the action. How many numbers received the message and how many numbers read the message, the sucessfull rate, the whatsapp status, last time of status change, etc. Keep in mind that this report changes over the time because as time pass by more recipients will read the message sent changing the successful rate.
