A Bitcoins Payment + Payout system

For a gaming website [login to view URL], we need a freelancer who know bitcoin well... The job is : To simplify the registration system, (1click registration) + each member get a bitcoin address (+ QR code) shown in my account For security, we are thinking to pre-generate bulk addresses and put them directly into database (if you have other idea, it's welcome) When a deposit is made, the member balance has to be automatically refresh, the Bitcoins received will be transfered to another address (our offline wallet) Payout : a member request a payout,put the amount and bitcoin address (it refresh the balance). In Backoffice The request is show with a QR code (including the amount) so the payout will be done manually Regards
