Auto forum administration

Hi,

We are a car enthusiasts forum hosted on a vbulletin platform (4.2,2 to be precise). The site is hosted on a paid web-hosting company space. The forum is already up and running with several hundred members already part of it thus far. We need to have the following items handled for this forum:

1) Leverage SEO capabilities. During our recent move to a different web hosting service provider, there has been a goof up on the domain/DNS level due to which the forum's SEO/Alexis rankings dropped dramatically. We need to fix this.

2) We want to implement a water-marking plug-in which will automatically water-mark all images uploaded to our forum with the URL of our forum or the logo for our forum

3) We want to add a 'thanks' button to our forum for posts where members would like to thank a fellow member for helping out or sharing some useful information

4) Carry out some maintenance activities to ensure that the forum settings are optimized for the best user experience

If the above tasks get implemented satisfactorily we can look at a long term engagement where we can engage with the short-listed professional on a case-to-case basis since we are here to stay for a long time.

We would prefer the freelancers to be in either Mumbai or Pune in India since quite a few of our core management team is from these two cities and hence the communication can be that much more effective.
