Add vertical response API to existing CMS.

Currently our clients can collect email addresses for a newsletter, but they are unable to send out because our server cannot facilitate that many emails. We have a vertical response API that we have purchased to use, however we need it added to our CMS so clients can start sending out newsletters.
I'm not sure what the job type is here, I'll edit it if I need to.
I'll provide all API documentation once a winner has been chosen.
